One of the defendant attorneys said that his client never spoke to Phoebe. How weak is it that an adult tried to use that as a way to discredit the harm his client caused? You do not have to speak to someone, directly, to be a threat to their health, well-being, or safety. These girls knew what they were doing - they wanted to intimidate and make Phoebe fearful. They should be held accountable. If Phoebe's mother's victim impact statement only moved one of them to tears, the other 2 have not accepted their role in Phoebe's death.

Where were the adults here? The school? Where were the other students who knew this was happening? What if this was happening to your child, sibling, friend - would you still quietly stand by and allow it?
