Moron. I hope there isn't long term damage to this girls facial muscles. The image in my mind is a sixteen year old with a face collapsing in on itself from the muscles lack of ability to grow, stretch, and develop. I hope it wears completely off and this child gets some counseling to see how tragic her mothers view is. I also encourage a childhood ban on this particular contestant from all beauty pageants for her own protection, who know what other tricks Mom may be thinking of.

This is terrible .. way over the line... what is this woman thinking... it reminds me of Jon Bonet... her mother dyed her hair, dressed her up in some very sexy and provocative outfits at the ripe old age of 6 ..but to endanger a child's health this way is just crazy...

The Dr Oz show recently did a story about a couple that received bad botox injections and were in coma's for weeks, they both almost died. I cannot believe that the girls mother is this mentally deficient. Heaven knows what other insane things she is doing to that child that is endangering her life. It is not bad enough that she is teaching her that her value lies in how she looks, much like the media has been doing for years and that is why the mother is living vicariously thru her child. She could kill her child if she did not give the shot correctly, even if there was nothing wrong with the botox!

The problem here is, is that the mother is blind to certain realities. One serious reality is, that the little girl got at least half of her genes from her mother, and the mother is morbidly obese - so what does she think her little girl is going to turn out like? So if the mother wants to really do something for her 'little' girl, she herself will lose weight and set a good example for her daughter. Goodness, the 8 year old daughter is already too fat to expect to continue in any child pageantry (which is just really a sick and demented form of vicarious living for the parents). Let children be children - they only are 'kids' once in life.
