Also, parents that take their kids to church should be prosecuted as well. And while we are at it, why don't we make the worship of god illegal! (sarcasm)
Circumcision for some is a religious rite and must be allowed to stay! Otherwise, the government is being involved in a religious matter. People complain when the ten commandments is on display on government property and yet these same people want to make laws against practicing their religion now.
Besides if you a person thinks that circumcision is mutilation, then what is abortion?

I don't believe most people could render an unbiased opinion on this one. I'm circumcised, and therefore think everyone should be, don't see the harm.
although,
I can honestly say that if circumcision was a new practice I wouldn't be in favor of it's legality.
