Duh?

Great move lawmakers! An 8 year old getting Botox is probably the dumbest thing Ive ever heard of and I dont believe the mother when she says the story was fabricated. Those beauty pageant parents are psychos anyway.

What is surprising to me is that until now, teens could get it. Why is it teens cannot get on a tanning bed without adult permission but until now, could get Botox for cosmetic purposes without any sort of parental authorization?

It's about time is all I can say.

So... parent's shouldn't have the right to make this cosmetic decision for their children? I wonder how many children have died from Botox... I know that on average 100 baby boys die a year in the US from cosmetic circumcision of the foreskin and the rest are left with 2000 less nerve endings in their penis for sexual pleasure... but really... what's important? FTR I don't believe parents should be allowed to do this either... I just think it's funny how the society supports this but not a ban on something that children actually die from...
