That deal with half the staff at the Menard Correctional Center claiming carpal tunnel syndrome from locking and unlocking doors is a crock. There are thousands of correctional facilities in the USA and this particular one has $10 Million in Worker's Comp claims? REALLY???

Corruption is what is being fought with this legislation, corruption and fraud. No wonder Democrats don't like it.

just because a corrupt few have abused it ,does that mean that everyone else will suffer? this more than just corruption . mean gene , have you ever had to be on work comp before? not a pleasant experience at all .it is not a experience the majority care to experience . and yes ,illinois will lose drs over this . i do not know the circumstances at the menard correctional ctr .do you work there ? i have never been or worked there ,so i wont comment on that one .repetitive injuries happen in all factions . this legislation will not affect corruption ,just the average joe ,unless you could find a politician who is not corrupt .ias i stated in a earlier post ,its all about big ins and big business
