I wonder how many alcoholics they fired for getting drunk on their own time away from the job. Oh yeah, they don't have to be tested until they have a workplace accident or maim or kill someone while driving drunk. Then, in most cases, all they get is a slap on the wrist if that. These companies go too far wanting to regulate what people do away from the workplace, it's none of their business. If they want a truly drug-free environment, they need to test for alcohol, cigarette smoking, EVERYTHING, but they don't because they are hypocrits. Cheers!
