I don't think the study is even remotely correct because it doesn't account for the concentration of the inner city denizens living in poverty vs the more affluent folks who live away from the welfare state.

The reason there are heavy concentrations of poverty around urban areas is because that's where liberals put the welfare offices and section 8 housing. They do this so as to make a "black district" of minority voters where Democrats are assured election victories every time.

Liberals pack 'em in like sardines to make nice easy districts for their pinko commie candidates to win every time. It's not like liberals didn't make "The Projects" by accident. They knew what they were doing when they committed the evil deed of gathering poor people together in one neighborhood of crushing poverty under their thumbs.

It is sad to know that your health care can be influence by your race. For me, it is a reason to work hard at staying healthy.
