Sinse the best doctors in the world don't understand the makeup of homosexuals, maybe his explanation is as good as any. At any rate, it seems as if he does say he doesn't think homosexuality or sodomy is descent or moral even to Indians. maybe he's right about that also.

I hope he was misquoted.  If he wasn't, the US should come down hard on this supposed ally.  In addition, India should see that he is removed from a position of authority.  You can't allow uninformed, superstitious people in such a position.  

This reminds me of the South African Health Minister, that claimed AIDS could be cured by eating a local fruit. 

What's the big deal here? He's right. It is a disease. A mental disease. 3% of people are gay. Studies show that up to 50% of non-biological children raised by gay couples turn out gay. Genetic? Yeah, right. How is this trait passed down over billions of years if gay people don't pass on their DNA? It's learned behavior. Black and white people were born that way. In contrast, gay people made a choice to be gay. Don't let these people, with their obvious agenda to get us to accept their demented behavior shout you down and silence you. Let your voice be heard. If they have a right to their opinions, we have more than a right to ours.
