Are problems in Iraq over, that Associated Press has to report now about the birth procedures?

What about the tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of Iraqis killed? The millions who are refugees? The thousands still fighting and using IEDs? The daily car bombs going off all over the country and in supposedly secure areas?

C-sections are the least of their problems.

This article helps to show the corruption the US is leaving behind. Even in a field where "do no harm" is the motto, corruption is rampant. Cutting women open to make some extra cash is about as evil as you can get.

Wasn't the party line that we would make their lives better and all the oil would pay for the war? What a legacy we leave. We should learn from Vietnam. They did much better once we got out of there. Iraq would benefit from our exit as well.
