If I went to a clogging, river dance, square dance, etc competition I know I would get sick.
I remember a similar situation at a state fair years ago.
After the epidemiologists did their work, they found that the cause was AIRBORNE e.coli. Dust stirred up from an animal barn infected people with e. coli through their respiratory systems (nose, mouth, lungs). Same result: diarrhea, etc.
If they are like 90% of Americans, they don't wash their hands.
I suggest the get a sponsor like Germ-X or Purell.

Am I the only one who is lost and doesn't know what clogging is? I should look this up after my coffee.
If they would do away with the part of the competition where they clog barefoot on slabs of spoiled raw meat, this kind of thing wouldn't happen.
