Those patients in hospital rooms with MRSA are most likely identified with what are called isolation carts, and usually have some colored placard on their door that instructs workers and visitors the protocol for being in the room, read them and follow those directions. Leave the gowns and gloves in the rooms and you EVS/food service workers, watch your selves and how you do what you gotta do.
