Hello.. I just saw your section on this topic. I noticed you put up that its passed through sexual contact. I felt that was to generalized.. It is NOT a sexually transmitted disease. Its a blood on blood spread virus.. The do say there is like a maybe 3 percent chance and that is usually in homosexual males because of the types of sexual acts they are involved in. There are alot of studies they have done in couples where one person has hcv and the other doesnt.. And most of the cases the other person never contracts this virus through sexual contact. Doctors tell monogomous couples they do not need to use condoms.. This virus already has a bad enough stigma without news posting things that arent completely true. You can google it.. and i've even heard from doctors that it isnt sexually transmitted. Please research this.
